Learning Balanced Scorecard

Waarom een LEARNING BALANCE SCORECARD? IT is onmisbaar binnen de bedrijfsprocessen van bijna iedere organisatie. Vandaar dat het van groot belang is dat het IT kennisniveau van de IT afdeling naadloos aansluit op deze processen. Als eindverantwoordelijke wil je dit niet (mag je dit niet) aan het toeval overlaten. Welke IT kennis is er vereist? Welke IT certificeringen dekken dit af? Welke kennisgap is er binnen de IT afdeling? Zijn de opleidingsplannen die deze gap dichten met de medewerkers gemaakt?  Maken de medewerkers voldoende progressie? Worden de benodigde examens tijdig gehaald? Wat wordt er aan IT opleidingsbudget besteed? Wat is de ROI hiervan? Hoe ontwikkeld deze ROI zich?

Veel vragen, waarvan het merendeel veelal niet worden gemonitord. Sterker nog, wij als IT opleider ervaren dat veel organisaties het belang inzien van het investeren in IT opleiding, maar vervolgens de voortgang totaal niet monitoren. Medewerkers leven bij de waan van de dag, waardoor opleidingsdoelstellingen niet worden behaald. Hierdoor is het vereiste IT kennisniveau niet geborgd. Dit kan tot grote problemen leiden. De praktijkvoorbeelden halen met regelmaat de landelijke pers, met gestolen persoonsgegevens en gehackte IT omgevingen als veel voorkomende voordelen.
